Psychotherapy

We are living in unprecedented times, where feelings can be overwhelming and difficult thoughts can take a big part of our everyday lives. During these times the need for exploring and processing our emotions, the need for adjusting our thinking or our way of life, appears to be stronger than ever.

Psychotherapy can prove to be a tool for us, to help us enhance our skillset and empower our ability to face current and future events. I invite you to join me in this exploration, my goal is to help you expand your ability to respond to those situations in the way you feel that it suits you best.

Be it current or past relationships, negative thinking, stress, trauma, self-esteem, bereavement, addiction and so forth, the human mind demonstrates a wide range of coping mechanisms, automations and behaviors that are not preferable to us. What we will do, is to work together into achieving greater self awareness, inform our decisions and choices, build efficient coping mechanisms and live a life that we choose and appreciate more.
